Individuals answering your chat questions are working for Pharmacist Live as contractors, at the sole discretion of Pharmacist Live. These individuals are Registered Pharmacists (“Pharmacists”) within the United States (“US”), and hold active, and in good standing, licensure in at least one, but not limited to, (1) US state. Pharmacists, prior to being approved to chat with customers, undergo a screening process that may include, but not limited to, criminal background checks, experience and knowledge checks, and licensure validations. Pharmacists are continuously being monitored and scrutinized for their professionalism during chat and the validity, and accuracy, of their answers. Chat logs between you and pharmacists can and will be reviewed for the purpose of maintaining quality of services offered by us.
You agree to NOT give out information to pharmacists and/or during chat that can be linked to your identity (i.e., name, date of birth, etc.). It is not our responsibility to protect your identity, outside of reasonable means, but your sole responsibility. Personal information collected from you upon registration is specifically used to create your profile and is under no circumstances shared with "pharmacists" by us. www.Pharmacistliveonline.com does not store your medical history and as such does not utilize any extraordinary safe guards as required by HIPAA laws.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable with the pharmacists' answer(s), you may disclose it and leave the chat immediately.
If a pharmacist refuses to answer your question, you may leave chat immediately. If you wish you may report the incident using our site's support features.
Chat logs are stored and reviewed by us, periodically, for quality and appropriateness, and/or in the case of complaints by either customers and/or pharmacists.
Although we strive to provide chat services at an ongoing and uninterrupted basis, chat service availability is solely dependent on the physical availability of pharmacists at any given time, and as such chat services may not be available at an on ongoing and uninterrupted basis. Chat minutes shall not be refunded due to unavailability of chat services due to the fore mentioned reasons.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the site("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, date of birth, phone number(s), email address(es), social- security number, credit card information, bank account information, and other financial institute information.
Credit card transactions are processed, facilitated, and maintained through our third-party merchant services provider. If available by our site, and if you choose to, you may utilize the option of storing your credit card for your convenience. Credit cards are stored by our merchant service provider and not by us. If you store your credit card, you agree to store it at your own risk. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any loss or damages that may, although unlikely, occur to you as a result of your credit card being stored at our merchant services provider.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
There are currently no refunds or exchanges of any kind on recently purchased minutes.
Unused chat minutes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
Used chat minutes that are lost due to internet disconnections, resulting from poor or intermittent connections, that are no fault to us, but due to costumer hardware, and/or software, issues will not be refunded, and/or replaced. Pharmacists, to the best of their ability and to software capabilities, will pause chat time, if and, when they deem connection has been lost. Customers wishing to request refunds/replacement of lost minutes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may be refunded/replaced only in specific circumstances, at the sole discretion of the site.
If our site and/or service(s) allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information including, but not limited to, personal information, financial information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for any damages that may or may not be incurred as a result of disclosure of this Content, and thus acknowledge and agree that Pharm Live, LLC shall not be held responsible or liable.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pharm Live, LLC.
Pharm Live, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Pharm Live, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try, within reason, to provide at least 3 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
After any changes to these Terms take effect, your continued use of the site, and its services, affirm your acceptance and agreement to the updated and current Terms and conditions.
